This Privacy Policy explains how Quoves ("Quoves," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Quoves mobile application (the "App").

Quoves is a personal-style app. It gives you descriptive, non-medical hairstyle, grooming, skincare, photo, and outfit suggestions, plus an optional self-reported personality questionnaire. Quoves does not rate, rank, or judge your appearance, and it does not identify you from your face.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the App's features.

a. Photos you provide. When you use the face-scan or style features, you choose photos (selfies and/or outfit photos) from your camera or photo library. These photos are used to generate your report as described in Section 3.

b. Face-shape signals (derived on your device). When you run a face scan, the App uses Apple's Vision framework on your device to estimate descriptive signals such as your face shape (e.g. oval, round), approximate eye spacing, and face proportions. These are used only to tailor style suggestions.

• We do not perform facial recognition, and we do not use your face to identify you or match you against any database.
• These signals are not an attractiveness score, medical assessment, or biometric identifier.

c. Questionnaire and profile answers you enter. If you use the personality test or request a Deep Report, we collect the answers you provide, which may include a self-reported personality questionnaire, and optional details such as age range, gender, skin concerns, hair type, goals, and free-text notes. Providing this information is optional and up to you.

d. Purchases and subscriptions. If you buy a subscription or one-time purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive your subscription status (e.g. active/expired) from Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

e. Technical and account information.

• Anonymous account identifier. We sign you in with an anonymous Firebase account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password, and we do not create a named account for you.
• Push notification token (if you enable notifications), so we can send you relevant updates.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. device type, app version, and error/diagnostic information).

f. What we do NOT collect. We do not require your name, email, or phone number to use the App. Analytics tracking is disabled in the App. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not serve third-party ads.
